Welcome to Edinburgh Integration Joint Board’s (IJB) strategic plan.

This plan covers the three financial years running from 1 April 2025 to 31 March
2028.

This strategic plan has been produced with extensive input from the people of
Edinburgh. Also, with the many organisations and teams that serve our communities.

Our purpose as an IJB is to provide the best health and social care services that we
can with the resources we have available.

This means working to make Edinburgh a caring, healthier and safer place to live for
everybody.
