The Edinburgh Health and Social Care Partnership is made up of colleagues from the City of Edinburgh Council, NHS Lothian as well as colleagues from the third and voluntary sector. Together, we plan and deliver all community health and social care services for adults and older people, along with supporting homelessness, mental health, and disability services.

Social Care Direct
Contact Social Care Direct team if you need help and support to live independently at home, if you are living with a disability, learning disability, addiction or trying to manage a long-term condition. The Social Care Direct team will put you in touch with the right team that can help you.

Assistive Technology Enabled Care 24 (ATEC24)
Assistive Technology Enabled Care 24 (ATEC24) brings together services that use technology to help people live safely in their homes as long as possible.
ATEC24 is made up of:
- Community Alarm and Telecare Service
- Community Equipment Service
- Bathroom Equipment Assessment Team
- Sheltered Housing Support Service
- Communities and Families Occupational Therapy Team.
