Sheltered Housing Service

Sheltered Housing Support offers the peace of mind of having a home with access to our alarm service for emergency help 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. It also means access to support during working hours. Sheltered housing staff can talk through any worries you may have and give you tailored advice and support. This could include support settling in and how to become involved in the community. We can also fit other types of alarms to keep you as independent as possible for as long as possible.

Along with living in a place that suits your needs, the chance to spend time with other people helps to keep us healthy. Most of our sites have garden areas and some have laundry rooms and meeting rooms where you can join group events like an internet café, lunch clubs or wellbeing classes as a way of meeting others.
