There are regular performance reports that are scrutinised at the Performance and Delivery Committee and summary reports are provided to the EIJB.
Performance monitoring framework
We regularly look at a range of measures to see if our services are meeting the needs of the people we care for. The performance monitoring framework sets out how we collect, report and scrutinise this information. This helps us to keep improving the services we deliver.
