As the Partnership looks ahead this year to a new Strategy to ensure better care for the people of Edinburgh, we are also looking to ensure that we have the right structure to deliver our services effectively and cost efficiently. You can find our vision for the restructure on our website.

We have now completed Phase 1 of our restructure within our Operation teams, which included a full consultation with our staff and we now look forward to driving this forward in Phase 2.
