Patients at Boroughloch and Dalkeith Road general practices praise staff for going above and beyond since their move to Salisbury Court.
Boroughloch and Dalkeith Road GPs moved to Salisbury Court in 2022 as it offered more space and allowed the practices to give better service to their patients.
We conducted a survey at the end of 2023 to make sure patients were happy and settled in their new GP premises.
The response was extremely positive and very complimentary to both the practice itself as well as the staff who work there.
One patient from Dalkeith Road Practice said
“All of the staff, including doctors, nurses, practice administrators and pharmacy, are outstanding, so friendly, caring and kind. I feel lucky that I am a patient at Dalkeith Road Medical Practice.”
Patients not only complimented the staff but also the smooth transition between premises, and the building itself. They found the space clean, welcoming, and spacious.
