Staying well over winter
Going to your winter vaccine appointment
If you’re eligible for a flu or coronavirus vaccine, you will be invited to an appointment, or asked to book an appointment through the NHS Scotland booking system. Most adults who are eligible for one or both vaccines will have already been contacted by NHS Scotland. Depending on your communication preferences, this will have been by letter, email or text.
How to book, manage or cancel your appointment
- You can book your vaccination online on NHS Inform. You can also call the National helpline on 0800 030 8013. The same username and password used previously for NHS Inform – for previous vaccinations – will enable you to log onto the system.
- If you’ve lost or forgotten your username or password, you can create new ones by selecting the ‘recover username‘ or ‘forgotten your password‘ options.
- If you want to find out more about the vaccinations, check your eligibility, or if you have questions, visit NHS Inform.
