Learning to Grieve – Musician and presenter George Shelley tragically lost his sister in a sudden accident in 2017. Learning to Grieve follows George as he talks to his family and friends about the grieving process, and explores the relationship between George’s grief and his own mental health. He also speaks to other young people who have suffered the loss of a sibling, and to others from his generation who can share advice and guidance about coping mechanisms.
